Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

​

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

​

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HESAYOGA e.U., Speckbachergasse 29/35, 1160 Vienna, Austria; E-mail: info@hesayoga.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Exclusion / early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Digital content (e.g. e-books, videos, online courses) not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

• Services (e.g. yoga coachings, yoga classes, retreats) after the service has been fully performed.

• Services related to leisure activities (e.g. workshops, retreats, yoga classes on a specific date or within a specific period), where the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance (§ 18 (1) item 10 FAGG).
